Samsung "SMART" TV Woes!!

So this is about my Samsung TV Model: UA50J5570AULXL This was my first Samsung product and seeing the experience with it I am afraid to buy another product from Samsung and the kind of service I am sure even local TV sellers provide better service. I bought this TV for Rs. 72500. Which was way above my budget. But finally I got it thinking I am going for a reputed brand and will not have to worry about buying another TV for another 10 years or so. (Before this TV I had a Dyanora Color TV bought in 1986 which is still working.). I know things don't last these many years these days. But 10 years is reasonable for the price I was paying. At least that was the expectation. Paying that kind of money, again iterating, Rs. 72500 for a TV was a lot for us. We got it with the hope that we won't have issues with the reputed brand it was associated with. The TV stopped working exactly after a month of purchase. We raised a complaint with customer care.
